Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
EVDN PTY LTD (ABN 26 697 189 692), operator of Reckon3PL ("we", "us"), manages personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. This policy explains our usual personal-information handling practices.
Personal information we collect and hold
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business contact details, employer, job title, account role, authentication and security records, subscription and transaction details, support correspondence, product preferences, and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, timestamps and service logs. Customers may also submit records containing personal information about their staff, clients, suppliers or recipients. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through the marketing site and ask that you do not provide it unless we specifically request it.
How we collect and hold information
We collect information directly when you create an account, subscribe, communicate with us or use the service. We may also receive it from your employer or organisation, authorised integrations, payment and email providers, or another user who is permitted to give it to us. GitLab Pages hosts and delivers the marketing site. Where enabled, Plausible collects aggregated, cookieless usage measurements. We hold information in access-controlled application, support and backup systems and apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information.
Website enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, business email address, company and message you provide so we can assess and respond to your enquiry. Formspree, Inc. processes and stores those submissions for us in the United States and sends us a notification. You can avoid the web form and contact us directly by email. Please do not include sensitive information or production customer data in an enquiry.
Why we collect, use and disclose it
We use personal information to provide and secure Reckon3PL, administer accounts and subscriptions, process payments, deliver service and security messages, provide support, diagnose faults, improve the product, prevent misuse, maintain business records and comply with law. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us, professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where lawfully required, and a buyer or successor in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Customer data and retention
A customer organisation generally controls the business data it submits and is responsible for notices and permissions required for that collection. We act on the customer’s documented instructions when processing that data. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our contractual commitments and legal or audit requirements. Deletion requests may be limited by those requirements, immutable financial records and backup cycles.
Overseas disclosures and data location
The service region and any specific residency commitment are stated in your order or agreement; the public website does not promise Australian-only storage. Our infrastructure, backup, email, analytics and payment providers may process personal information outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. Provider locations can change. Where the Australian Privacy Principles apply, we take reasonable steps in relation to overseas disclosures as required by APP 8.
Access and correction
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailingprivacy@reckon3pl.au. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period. If an exception permits us to refuse, we will generally explain why and the available complaint process. If your information is controlled by a Reckon3PL customer, we may refer your request to that customer.
Privacy complaints
Send a complaint with enough detail for us to investigate toprivacy@reckon3pl.au. Our privacy contact will acknowledge it, investigate and aim to provide an outcome within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to theOffice of the Australian Information Commissioner.
