Implementation and connection status

Xero and MYOB invoice export code is implemented and covered by automated API contract tests. Warehouse and carrier adapters are present in the application. A listed adapter does not mean your account is already connected: API access, permissions, account mappings and a live validation run are required.

Direct Shippit and Starshipit adapters, generic SFTP delivery, QuickBooks/NetSuite/SAP/Oracle export onboarding and daily accounting journal export remain unfinished. CSV imports and exports provide file-based workflows. Peppol delivery requires a configured access-point account and validation.

We re-rate carrier lines to identify potential wrong DIM divisors, missed discounts and eligible late-delivery refunds for review.

Contract AI ingest

Drop a PDF MSA. We propose a rate card with clause citations for human review. Processing location and key-management options depend on your order.

Spreadsheet bridge

Bidirectional Excel and Google Sheets sync. Edits flow through the normal approval pipeline, fully audited.

Reliability patterns

  • All inbound webhooks: HMAC verification + replay protection (timestamp + nonce in Redis).
  • All outbound HTTP: retry with exponential backoff, circuit breaker per (tenant, integration), dead-letter queue.
  • All long-running pulls: cancellable jobs with operator stop button.
  • SSRF prevention via DNS pinning + IP-block check in our custom Dialer.
